New Toppers Pizza franchisee, Jackie Apkarian is opening a Toppers location in Bucktown, in Chicago, with plans to open a second location in Oak Park and eventually a third location in the Chicagoland area. Toppers will continue to grow in Chicago this year with three other stores planned to open.
