Toppers to open downtown pizza place

Liz Rabe has lived in Sheboygan all her life, and remembers a lot of the "oldie but goodie" pizza places that have come and gone in town over the years, such as Happy Joe's.
But Rabe, 31, the assistant manager of the new
Toppers Pizza, which opens at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at 1102 N. Eighth St., said she's excited about the kinds of pizzas, toasted grinders, breadsticks and other offerings on the menu.
